So added some stuff and hopefully made opening the map selector less sucky.

- it will only load all the maps when you open the map selection thing once so that frame pause when opening it should obly happen once per play cession

- added graident support for the walls of the levels

- added the ability to load music to play during the race 

- added the option to skip the coutdown if ur just trying to test maps and stuff

- added the ability to select .Beast.tres files to use as the goal thing

- fixed resizing/fullscreening the window not actually resizing the game
